number and the reason for the exchange. Once we receive and approve the item(s) being returned, we will process your exchange. Exchanges must be done within 14 days from the original shipping date. You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item(s) for exchange. We recommend using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Their rates are very affordable and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations. All items *must* be unworn and unwashed.
