Refunds will be credited back to the credit card or original method of payment that was used to place order. Once we retrieve your item, we will process your refund. It can take up to 10 business days for your refund to be applied to your credit card.
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at mycecreations@gmail.com. Include your order
number and the reason for the exchange. Once we receive and approve the item(s) being returned, we will process your exchange. Exchanges must be done within 14 days from the original shipping date. You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item(s) for exchange. We recommend using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Their rates are very affordable and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations. All items *must* be unworn and unwashed.

Our processing time is 5-7 business days. After the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. Our customers are our priority and we know you want your items as quickly as possible and we will do our absolute best to finish this step as quickly as we can. We appreciate everyone that supports our small business! We love for people to boldly share their faith with the world and empower others through the faith-based products you purchase through us. Because of this, we try to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible!
Once printed, standard shipping is 3-5 business days which is an estimated time by USPS and may vary depending on shipping destination or unforeseen circumstance that may cause delays like weather etc.
